Swicy Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon or rye whiskey
- 2–3 dashes Swicy Bitters (0.25 - 0.5 ml)
- ½ tsp simple syrup (or 1 sugar cube)
- Ice
Prep
1. Add bourbon, Swicy Bitters, and simple syrup to a glass.
2. Stir (or muddle if using a sugar cube).
3. Add ice and stir again to chill.
Substitution Options
- No simple syrup? Use ½ tsp honey, agave, or maple syrup.
- No sugar cube? Add a tiny pinch of regular sugar and stir longer.
- No muddler? Use the back of a spoon.
- No fancy ice? Use whatever ice you have; add more cubes to chill faster.

Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon or rye whiskey

Prep
1. Add bourbon/rye, sweet vermouth, and Swicy Bitters to a mixing glass or any large cup.
